Jacqueline James
Jacqueline James is a retired educator who resides in Atlanta, GA. She has a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Master's degrees in Elementary and Special Education. She also earned a Specialist degree in Library Media Technology. Ms. James holds an ESOL Endorsement and a Director of Media Centers Leadership Endorsement . She is a National Board Certified Teacher.
She has been a volunteer docent and historian at two museums for more than 25 years.
Ms. James is the founder of JAX Publications, an independent publishing company that provides positive and historically accurate books for elementary and middle grade students. These books enhance and supplement the school curricula. Her many years as an educator and historian enables her to provide study guides and enrichment materials to correlate with the books.

Joshua Travis Dickerson, Jr.
Joshua Travis Dickerson Jr. is a proud graduate of Griffin High School and Georgia State University. Upon graduation, he became an educator in the DeKalb County School System. He was the receipient of the 2007-2008 DeKalb County Teacher of the Year for Jolly Elementary School.
Mr. Dickerson is currently serving as Regional Operations Director with a non-profit organization in Metro Atlanta. He has created several programs, including chess and robotics clubs, to empower youth. A passionate writer, author, poet, and motivational speaker, he has written several books including Lil Dee, 21, From the Depths of My Soul, and Cause I Ain't Got a Pencil, which was inspired by one of his poems that has sparked conversations around the world.
